First off, I’d like to take a minute to thank Brock. I won’t get into detail about my situation, but it was a crazy one. He not only got my house sold, he got just what I wanted for it!!! THEN he was able to get me a new house in Haymarket, and if I didn’t follow his advice and guidance, I definitely wouldn’t have gotten the house. His team went ABOVE and beyond. I stress this because of where we are in this market currently. Again, Brock and his team are not only personable with you, they are kind, very knowledgeable, and definitely get the job done. Brock, thank you for being able to make sure me and the kids got the perfect home. So if you’re looking for someone who just isn’t working for the money(we all work for money, but he definitely cares more about you) and truly cares about his clients….. this is your guy. 10/10 would recommend. I’m the second person in my family to use him and his team and it’s a very very good experience.
Brock is top notch! He knows the ins and outs of the business and we were under contract in record time! We’d can’t say enough good things about him and appreciate all his hard work!
Brock Harris from Pearson Smith Realty was a wonderful realtor for me & my husband as we purchased our first home. Brock showed us many homes as we were navigating the first time home buying process in a challenging market. He was quick to set up showings when we found properties we were interested in, had quick communication & helped us navigate making a strong offer. As first time home buyers we did not know or understand a lot of the nuances of the process & Brock was very good about explaining every detail & letting us know all of our options. I would highly recommend Brock Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We will definitely use him again when we buy/sell.
Brock is the best there is! He is super personable, easy going, and easy to get along with. He helped my husband and I buy our first home and it felt so easy with all of his help. He is very attentive and professional.
Brock showed me several homes that I found, and told me which ones I should steer clear from because of resale problems. He found the home I purchased, and really worked hard in the negotiations so I would not be taken advantage of as a single older woman. I felt I was in good hands. He seemed very competent. I would recommend him for Loudon, Clark, Frederick, and Warren counties since he is so obviously familiar with them.
We were new to the area. Brock's knowledge and contacts were invaluable and appreciated. We had bought and sold many houses but we needed someone who really knew the area and was willing to explore our wish list. Highly recommend!
This is the second time we have used Brock Harris’ services to sell our home and while we already had a high opinion of his work, he managed to elevate his professionalism and results to levels I hadn’t anticipated. The way he came in with new technology packages to put together a seriously impressive home listing was top notch. The listing looked so good that my wife and I joked about wanting to keep the place now since it made our house look so good. Clearly it worked because he had it live exactly when we wanted it and we got an above asking price offer in 72 hours. He took charge in the negotiations and I honestly felt he always had the needs of my wife and I in his best interests. We didn’t anticipate moving this time and may not move again but if we ever do, you can bet we will absolutely use Brock’s services again. Truly the best
I recently purchased my first home and Brock was my realtor. Brock is nothing short of a super hero without a cape. He was very professional through the entire process. He was always right there, ready, available and willing. He was prompt with returning phone calls and replying to emails and very thorough. He spoke in terms that made sense to me and made it easy for me to understand. He was very respectful of my time and we coordinated very well. His work ethic is unmatched, he is very knowledgeable about the market. Our loan almost fell through, no fault of his. But because his clients come first and he aims to satisfy, he introduced us to another loan professional who was able to get us to closing on time!Awesome, awesome team work. My family loved working with Brock and would definitely recommend him. My children even sought advice from him about becoming realtors themselves, that’s how impressed they were. By the way…. He did offer some useful advise to them. Talk about above and beyond. Brock, you have my business any time I have the need for a realtor in the future. Job well done. Thank you.
I just purchased my very first home with Brock, and he couldn’t have made the process any easier for me! I feel like I looked at a million houses, and as soon as I texted him and told him that I wanted to look at something, he had a showing set up for the same day. I felt like I doing this process with a friend, and will always use Brock from now on!
Brock was fantastic. We already had an agent that wasn’t quite on the ball so we filled out a request for more info on a townhome on zillow and within 1 minute we received a call from Brock and I thought man this guy is on top of things. Brock went above and beyond for us and answered all questions I had. He was also very quick to schedule any showings I wanted to see. Thank you Brock Harris!!
Brock's marketing plan was excellent. He uses a fabulous photographer who made our home look amazing. The photos were put on "coming soon" for our listing and our house sold within 8 hours based upon just the photos. We also had 4 showings scheduled for the first day of being "on the market". We chose to take the offer from "coming soon" because they met all of our needs along with paying over asking price. We are very happy that we used Brock Harris as our realtor.
From previous home sale experiences. Brock Harris hit a home run helping us sell our home and in addition to us buying our forever home. He came with knowledge, understanding and the motivation to get the job done with a time restraint I didn’t think was possible. He smashed expectations. My husband and I met Brock in Early November when we were searching for our retirement home. We fell in love with the first house he showed us in Linden Va. He made the buying process seamless and painless until we settled on our dream home a month later. We enjoyed working with him so much that we entrusted him with selling our home in Falls Church. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed and was always upbeat and professional. He kept us constantly informed throughout the entire process and we went to closing within a month. We cannot thank him enough. He is a gem to work. We would totally trust him to take on whatever endeavor he may take on.
